Project Description

View down Loch Ness, Scotland. No sign of the Loch Ness monster but a tree branch and its reflection make the shape of the fish - a Christian symbol

He leads me beside quiet waters.
Psalm 23:2

This image was captured during a 1000 mile walk around from John O’Groats to Lands End. This early morning shot was taken from the shores of Loch Ness. After several days of wet and windy weather we were delighted to see blue sky.  There was no sign of the “Nessie” (Loch Ness monster) but I did like the weathered branch and fish shaped reflection it formed in the calm water.

“The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me”

Psalm 23 1:4

This image, displayed with its accompanying Bible verse, is available as a high quality unframed print.  Prints are available in a range of sizes. The image is also available as a fridge magnet from Threesixteen’s shop – proceeds from all onlines sales support the work of Threesixteen.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son so whoever believes shall not perish but have eternal life.
