Project Description

Counties evangelist Clive Cornish climbing Ben Nevis - Clive and his cross high on a snow slope with Scotland's mountains disappearing in to the distance

I lift my eyes to the hills

Psalm 121:1

This photograph was captured by photographer Lathan Ball as he supported Counties evangelist Clive Cornish during a Good Friday ascent of Ben Nevis. Ben Nevis at 4409ft is the highest mountain in Britain and the name translates as the mountain of heaven. The climb was made on a hot and sunny day and many mountaineers said the weather was astonishing. Climbing in the soft deep snow made it an arduous endeavour but it was certainly memorable day.  A short video entitled Your Will – An ascent of Ben Nevis can be viewed here.

This image, displayed with its accompanying Bible verse, is available as a high quality unframed print.  Prints are available in a range of sizes. The image is also available as a fridge magnet from Threesixteen’s shop – proceeds from all onlines sales support the work of Threesixteen.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son so whoever believes shall not perish but have eternal life.
