Online Bible Study – Faith, Hope and Charity
Threesixteen’s next online multimedia Bible study will be filmed in North Wales. In Snowdonia the cold clear waters of Llyn Idwal sit in a spectacular ice carved hollow known as Cwm Idwal. The lake reflects the steep and brooding cliffs, Clogwyn y Geifr (the Cliff of the Goat) and its rift Twll Du (the Black Hole), which surround it. Twell Du which is better known as the Devil’s Kitchen is named after the plume of cloud that rises from the dark gash. Filming in Cwm Idwal will place the Bible study in an exciting and engaging environment.
The spectacular mountain landscape of Cwm Idwal will be the site of Threesixteen’s new multimedia Bible study. Falling down the steep and craggy mountainside Idwal Slab is a popular climbers playground. This smooth slab can be ascended by three 130m climbs known as Faith, Hope and Charity. Charity is an old English word now translated as love.
Meanwhile these three remain: faith, hope, and love; and the greatest of these is love.
1 Corinthians 13:13
Threesixteen is now planning a new online multimedia Bible study entitled Faith, Hope and Charity (love) which will be delivered while making an ascent of these classic rock climbs. The online Bible study will form part of our m-Bible Study series. Threesixteen believes mobile Bible studies (m-Bible studies) provide an exciting and relevant way to reach a new audience.
